CREEKSPIRIT

three acres of a natural garden setting in historic Mission Canyon

Creekspirit is the personal creation of artist Patti Jacquemain and epitomizes the essence of her creativity.  It comprises approximately 3 acres in the heart of Mission Canyon next to Mission Creek.  Originally completely overridden by brush, poison oak, and weeks, she alone cleared, landscaped, and hand sowed 8,000 sq. ft. of grass in preparation to her wedding to her husband David in 1995.  Still in a natural setting, Creekspirit has evolved into a "Garden of Art" in which has been installed many of the mosaic pieces she has produced, reflecting the essence of her artistic creativity.  Creekspirit is available for for rent for small (<100) group meetings, picnics, weddings or "shoots." The property is serviced with electricity and water.  A new 880 sq. ft. facility, the "Dome of the Great Bear," with a 440 sq. ft. meeting room has been constructed that can also be rented for small events, retreats, and meetings.  The "Dome" has kitchen and bathroom facilities as well as a meeting/banquet room.  Contact  the Creekspirit Wildlife Foundation for information and rates.
