Dome of the Great Bear
The centerpiece of Creekspirit and the offices of the Creekspirit Wildlife Foundation is the "Dome of the Great Bear" in which are installed several mosaic plaques that pay tribute to the California Grizzly Bear who no longer inhabits California. The “dome” is used for meetings, presentations, and other gatherings related to the mission of the foundation. On top of the dome is the “promenade” which contains more mosaics depicting the wildlife of the area and California. The Dome of the Great Bear and the Creekspirit grounds are on private property and not open to the public. Inquiries may be directed to he Creekspirit offices at (805) 682-6724.
